21 NCAC 32K .0203          MONITORING TREATMENT SOURCES

The Program shall monitor the cost of treatment. Treatment sources receiving referrals from the Program also shall be monitored as to their ability to provide:

(1)           medical and non-medical staffing;

(2)           treatment;

(3)           facilities; and

(4)           post-treatment support.
